Please complete this form to request an academic record (Transcript/Report Card) to be emailed to you.

Documents for self-view are considered unofficial. Official records for college admissions must be directly sent to institutions utilizing the SCOIR system or Common App.

Documents will only be sent to students or parents/guardians listed to receive correspondance in RenWeb and after any holds (financial, equipment, textbook, etc. are cleared)
